I use them for cutting finger joints with the router ...
I use them for cutting finger joints with the router table. There is less chatter than with straight fluted bits. They leave a smooth cut.

Great for aluminum!
These bit are great on aluminum. I have a cheep eBay desktop cnc router that I'm using to make parts for a 4x8 cnc build. These bits don't gum up like end mill bits will. I've used them for drilling and cutting 1/2" thick aluminum. They leave a nice clean edge, don't get hot and last through many cuts. I will buy them again.
