I like to have this screw driver set around for basic functions like fixing a screw that comes loose in my glasses or removing the back of a watch to insert a brand new battery. This precision screw driver set is wonderful to have with you on the go. It's also great for those toddler toys that need replacement batteries but the screw holes are super small. As far as use, the package the different heads are in is shaped like a wallet. It folds up and buttons to fit right in your purse or pocket. To get a head out, you just move the one you want upward and then it slides out of its position. To get it into the driver you must first unscrew the end of the driver and the head will fit in, then you replace the driver end. It's hard to tell you have to unscrew the driver first because of the fine lines but if you look at the product pictures on Amazon you can see where it comes apart. One thing that I have learned along the way is that you can NEVER have too many tiny screwdrivers or hex/star drivers. This tool set has it all. If you have ever worked on a laptop, a watch, or a cell phone then this is the tool that you wished you had. It has an variety of small tips that hold firmly in place on the driver. The knob at the end of the driver freely rotates to make it a very simple to use tool. Love this little kit. It is compact but full of useful tips. It is nice to have all of the tips in one little pouch. they are sturdy and well made. I work on cell phones, computers, tablets, ect. I have a hard time using the little precision screwdrivers because I can't get a good grip on them. I usually ruin the top of the screw. Now with this set I could get a good grip no more ruined tops for me . Now I have to carry them with me because everyone likes them and wants my set. They are latched in this little case they just snap in and out. On a miniature slide system. I am going to order for Christmas and also have a couple for that emergency gift. This screwdriver kit is incredible! I have previously paid between $50-$100 for similar kits that contained less bits. The bits themselves are very high quality and are made of hardened steel. This product will now be my go-to for any tech repair, as its very comprehensive and can open up almost any type of screw. The case is also very well laid out and designed very well with a magnetic clamp keeping it closed. The product design team did a good job with this item, as not only is it fully functional, but it looks gorgeous too! I was given a chance to review this screwdriver set at a promotional discount. This screwdriver set is really great. It’s very small, compact and contains a wide variety of flat bits, Philips bits, hex, pentalobe, and torx heads. It is very easy to change from one size to the next and will hold fairly well if the screw you’re trying to take out is being stubborn. I had no problems trying to remove a drywall screw from it’s holding off of an existing curtain rod so I am very pleased with how it works. The torx set was great for me to take apart my old Xiaomi phone. While I did not use this head, I love that it comes with the hex style tool which will come in handy when my hubby takes apart our bed whenever we decide to move from my place. The bits fit in place and are magnetized which makes it quite easy to put on and remove with ease. My hubby loves this set as he mentioned that you could use an extra small “breaker bar” for the stubborn screws that refuse or otherwise need more leverage to get out. He also did mention that the extension piece was a little weak but didn’t feel like he would need to use it. Overall, I would recommend this set for anyone looking to get a compact set with a decent variety of heads.; Comments(0)
